Box Lunches
Each lunch arrives in a clear
box, and includes disposable utensils and paper napkins. A tablecloth is
provided for the table.
Salad
Box
Includes one of the following salads with dressing on the
side, dinner roll, cold beverage, and a coconut macaroon for dessert.
Rustic Salad with Chicken Breast
Frisée, cilantro, avocado slices, cucumber, red beans, green
onions, tomato, and diced chicken breast.
Served with a White Wine and Lemon vinaigrette.
South American Caesar
Romaine lettuce, white corn, bell pepper, jicama, and green
onions.
Served with a garlicky lime Caesar dressing and flour
tortilla strips.
Aroma Tropical Salad with Chicken or Beef
Mixed fresh lettuces with chicken or beef strips accompanied
with mango, jicama, cucumber, and red onion.
Served with a Citrus vinaigrette.
Slice-and-Caesar
Box
Includes one of the following lunch slices, a Caesar Latino salad
with dressing on the side, cold beverage, and a coconut macaroon for dessert.
Quiche -- Made with our own delicious Biscuit-style crust. Your choice of one
