Ordering Guide:
Hours of Operation: Office hours are from 8 AM-3 PM. Normal delivery hours are from 7 AM -5 PM. The cut-off time for changes is noon the day before the delivery date.
Cancellations: Same-day cancellations result in a full charge. If there are any rentals or specialty desserts, there is a full charge when canceled 48 hours before the event date.
There is no charge for cancellations 48 hours (2 business days) in advance if no rentals or specialties are included.
After Hours Delivery or Pick up: Orders between 7 AM-5 PM are normal hour deliveries, if you need deliveries before 7 am or pick up after 5 pm there will be an extra fee of $50 per hour.
Payments: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, check, or direct deposit payments which must be received within 14 days from invoice date. Otherwise, a late fee will be added to the invoice.
Delivery Window: 30 30-minute window is required for normal deliveries. Deliveries for 75+ guests including rentals, staff, decor, and beverages will require a 2–3-hour window. Ensure you have all tables clean and ready for the driver to set up the food, as they might have other deliveries. Any distractions may result in a delay for the next delivery.
Last-Minute Orders: There is no guarantee that last-minute orders will be accepted. However, if we can accommodate the order, there will be a $50 late fee.
Delivery Fees: San Francisco/South San Francisco $45. Berkeley/Oakland $75. Redwood City, Mountain View/San Jose $95.
Service Charge: A service charge will be added when servers/bartenders are included in the event. This does not include additional costs, related to third-party charges, rentals, or decorations.
Weekend Orders: It must meet the minimum of $1000 per delivery and the delivery fee is $150.
Rentals Delivery Fee: Rentals delivery starts at $150. Rental fees do not include set up / breakdown. This may include an elevator fee, depending on the third-party rental company.
Deposit: Any orders over $5000 require a 50% deposit once the event is confirmed.
Lost or Damaged Equipment: Customer will notify if there is any missing/damaged item. If there is no response, it will be charged to your invoice.
We reserve the right to make any substitutions, when necessary, prices are subject to change without notice.
